We had Nathan's 2 month update this morning and found out he's roughly in the 75th percentile for weight (13.2 lbs), 75-90% for height (24 in), and 50% for head (40.2 cm). He shoots up fast in the first few weeks, then they'll level out around 6-7 months, the doctor said.
I got a kick out the the nurse, who said Nathan weighed about the same as her Christmas turkey. She fed 9 people with that turkey and also some roast beef. hahaha
He showed off by smiling at everyone and also lifting his head up well for a brief tummy time in the office. However, when the nice nurse stuck him with 2 needles, it was entirely a different story. He cried on the level of MATTHEW, screaming at the top of his lungs, red faced and shaking all over. Poor little baby!!
Interestingly yesterday he ate a lot and also slept a lot. I fed him a full 8 oz around 1-130, then another 7 oz at 6 p.m. He then slept til 1:45a.m.!! So Jim fed him at 145, then I didn't feed Nathan until around 7 am! That's great, and if timed correctly, he'd be sleeping thru the night. Yahoo! Let's keep hoping for that.

He's getting big so fast! I'm all for the sleeping through the night thing. That's going to be so awesome for you guys!
