Out of Town

I realize I haven't posted; I'm out of town!!! Can you believe that? I cannot. This is the first time I've been away from Matthew like this. I'm at Broken Before the Throne in Martinsburg, WV. Second, and last year for this event, which is not like an event. Can't quite figure out the word for it. It's a "body" work. We're meeting with God. He's definitely here.

Matthew has been spending the days w/ various people. There are 3 sessions a day, 3 hours each, seven days. The first and last days only have 2 sessions. We're busy and what a switch from my normal routine. He was with friend Melissa for part of Monday, then all day Tuesday and all day tomorrow (Fri). Yesterday and today, he's at daycare. Where Matthew has school, they have day care you can take advantage of.

Matthew had to take a nap, and the care takers told Jim that Matthew DID take a nap yesterday. I have yet to know what has happened today. Jim told me that Matthew clung desperately to his leg thismorning.

I was so fatigued last night that I came home after the second session and was home by 6. Ate dinner and put Matthew to bed. It was a good thing, cause Matthew's quilt (a.k.a. "blankie") was still at day care and the little guy needed mom's touch on that one! :-)

We finish up tomorrow at 4, then back home.
