Matthew often watches a little TV with Dad after dinner. Here, he's watching Blues Clues, the one in which Steve meets Joe & teaches him how to play. Matthew sometimes puts his arm around our necks like this.

Make sure you enjoy every second of him with his arm around your necks - they stop doing that eventually and then you'll wish you had that time back!
