Matthew had a ball (literally!) at the church luau on Sunday night. It was genius act. They had provided a simple tent with several blow-up balls and all the littlest ones feverously enjoyed themselves. Every so often you could hear Matthew shout "ball!" or squeal or throw up his arms, even without a ball. He also enjoyed a variety of good food (like in this picture), played in a kiddie pool, and did the limbo with a long line of others. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture or video of that, but it was hilarious! He'd probably describe it as the best day of his life. :-)

How cute! I LOVE being able to watch and listen to Matthew as he grows. It looks like everyone had a fun evening.

well we all know how he is with balls after his last visit home! And those interlocking beads too! Did he throw the balls behind him like he did the beads?
