There's something wrong about this. I was threatening him with a "Do you want a timeout?" and he eagerly went to the chair for his timeout. HELP! Any suggestions welcome! :-)

Maybe that's not as bad as you think!!! He at least knows what you are talking about. How did he act in the chair and after he got out of it? If he wasn't any better, maybe another type of time-out chair facing the wall so he's excluded from the activity until he acts better?? Not in another room, just another like folding chair facing the wall. just an idea....Aunt Betsy

Indeed, we've started facing him in the other direction. He didn't like it--yahoo!
