It's starting to be a little challenging to keep Matthew occupied. He seems more and more interested in his surroundings, but he can't sit up and play by himself. Twice a day he watches a half-hour Baby Faith video, a couple of times he has some good changing table play time, then there's the floor where he can squirm & kick, but it seemed like we could use something ELSE. I was thinking of a jumper. So Jim went out yesterday afternoon to Lucy's, a wonderful consignment shop in Mt. Airy, and purchased this jumper for $8! This may be the best $8 ever spent, for sure. At first he cried out a bit (his furrowed-brow look here is the first reaction), but he does seem to love it! View the full slideshow (7 pictures).

Julie had one of these when she was little and loved it. It was so funny to watch her bounce up and down in it!

Do you remember when Bob & I were out in August and we were talking about the 'up the back poop machine'? This is what Bob was talking about. Watch Matthew for dirty diapers...or it with all of that bouncing...it will be up his back :))))
