Today was a big day; we went to the doctor. Nurse Christina was very patient and sweet, considering Matthew pee'd on her twice! She called him a big boy and said he looked like a 2 month old. He now weighs 10 lbs. 14.4 oz. (75 percentile), is 23 1/4 inches (90 percentile) and his head is 39.5 cm (75-90 percentile). This time we saw Dr. Mullen, another very nice doc at The Pediatric Center. She asked all kinds of questions to make sure he was on track. So far, everything is, praise God! By next month, he should be smiling and cooing.
He had the second half of his Hepatitis B shot, but after some high-pitched crying for a few minutes, he settled right down. Good boy! Next month, he'll get 4 shots. :(
