- Electrical rough-in is being finished
- HVAC is roughed in, waiting for inspection
- Plumbing is being roughed in (I think. Can't tell w/ this plumber!)
- Some windows/doors have arrived on site
After inspections and window installation...drywall! Then can measure exactly for cabinets and bathroom tile (master bath). We're told probably 2 months, if all goes perfectly, which we know it won't. So... stay tuned.
